Custom order sales are final.

All custom designs will be approved by the customer before being processed, seller error will be the only exception.

Regular orders can be returned for a credit within 5 days of receiving your package in the original packaging and in unworn condition. Please notify Klassy Twisted Crafts by email or Facebook for any concerns. The client is responsible for returning the item(s). Credit issued will not include original shipping. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if washing instructions have not been followed or the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
